The start of the new year

The new year has begun! The Christmas holidays are over and everyone is back from their vacation. Since 11 Januaryy, children's and adult training has started again at our Shinzen Dojo.

For the coming year, gradings, seminars and many other events are planned for our students and members.

... Kyokushin Karate: „Das Kyokushin Karate bleibt unser Hauptkaratestil. Wir lassen uns aber gerne von anderen Martial arts styles und Kampfkünsten inspirieren und pflegen auch zu langjährigen Freunden immer noch Kontakt. Deswegen werden auch externe Seminare angeboten und an unsere Mitglieder kommuniziert.“

... New instructors: "Diligence, enthusiasm and commitment are essential criteria for becoming an instructor with us. If one can differentiate between the knowledge of sports karate and the technical knowledge of the martial art "Karate" differentiate can, then one can become an instructor at our Shinzen Dojo."

... Goals for the new year: "As a young karate dojo in Berlin, the focus is clearly on stabilising individual processes. Karate should still be attractive and interesting for young and older people in this day and age."

... Training for adults: "Good news also for teenagers and adults aged 16 and over. Karate training takes place twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Puls Yoga Berlin on Möckernstraße 111 in Berlin Kreuzberg." Tuesday and Thursday karate training takes place. Always from 20:00 to 21:15. We look forward to welcoming new people interested in training!”

... the approaches to change: "Only what develops and what changes ultimately remains alive. One of the most important topics in the Shinzen Dojo is the junior section. Here, too, we have set ourselves the goal of becoming more active in the future and we are seeing the first signs that we are succeeding in introducing younger students to adult training. We are already on a good path now."
