Kyokushin Karate Berlin

The ultimate truth
Kyokushin Karate is a full-contact karate style developed by Masutatsu Oyama in Japan. The name is usually translated as "ultimate" or "final truth". It is characterized by intensive basic techniques, kata, conditioning and kumite.
Three pillars support every training session: Kihon (basic techniques), Kata (forms) and Kumite (fighting). Together, they train body and mind: strength, coordination, discipline and mental strength. Those who train regularly not only change their fitness, but also their attitude.
In Shinzen Dojo Berlin we teach Kyokushin as an official German representative of the IKO World Zen-Kyokushin. For children, training is age-appropriate and without full contact; Adults are gradually introduced to partner work and kumite. Training takes place in Steglitz and Schöneberg.
