Why specifically now?
Between 13 and 17, every teenager is looking for their identity. Peer group, school, social media – everything pulls at them at the same time. Anyone who has a place in this phase where they are measured and encouraged grows differently.
In the dojo, it does not count how many followers someone has. What counts here is whether you stand on the mat and give it your all. This gives young people something that no screen in the world can replace: real resonance for real achievement.

- In youth training, we practice Kumite in a controlled way and adapted to age and experience. Full contact is not an automatic requirement. The trainers decide individually whether someone is ready for it.

What your child gain through Karate
Less screen time
Instead of hours of scrolling: one hour on the mat. Karate gets young people away from the screen and gives them a real balance.
Self-confidence
Those who learn to push their limits in the dojo carry themselves differently in everyday life. Self-confidence that you can see.
Discipline
Regular training, clear rules, measurable progress. Discipline that works from the dojo into everyday life.
Community & friendship
In the dojo, real camaraderie is created. No competition, but like-minded people who push each other.
Mental strength
Resilience against stress, pressure and setbacks. Mental strength that carries you through school and work.
Physical fitness
Strength, endurance, coordination – all without machines. Kyokushin shapes the body in a natural way.
