Kyokushin Karate at Shinzen Dojo: Community, Tradition, and Leadership

The Philosophy des Kyokushin Karate

The structure of the IKO World Zen-Kyokushin Europe

Within the IKO World Zen-Kyokushin Europe, an organisation dedicated to preserving the legacy of Sosai Oyama, Saiko Shihan Roel Wildeboer takes a central role. As a holder of the 8th Dan, he leads the activities and development of Kyokushin Karate in Europe and is a key figure in the promotion of authentic Kyokushin Karate.

The role of the Country Representatives

Country Representatives in Kyokushin Karate have the task of promoting and representing the martial art in their country. They are responsible for organising events and supporting local dojos and practitioners.

Teamwork and humility at Shinzen Dojo

At Shinzen Dojo, teamwork and community are highly valued. Members such as Senpai Son, who are part of the IKO World Zen-Kyokushin Europe, contribute to the promotion of Kyokushin Karate in Germany through their humble but important contributions. Their commitment reflects the spirit of Kyokushin Karate, which emphasises cooperation and respect.

Supporting the legacy of Sosai Oyama

Senpai Son Senpai Son actively supports the efforts of Kuristina Oyama to preserve the traditions and teachings of her father, Sosai Oyama.

This collaboration is an important aspect of the dojo's work and reflects the appreciation for the history and the roots of Kyokushin Karate.

The goal of the World Zen-Kyokushin: Unity and diversity

The World Zen-Kyokushin strives for an inclusive community in which all Kyokushin practitioners are equal. This approach promotes unity without a Branch Chief system and focuses on the shared passion for Kyokushin Karate.

Summary

Shinzen Dojo, as part of the World Zen-Kyokushin Europe, plays an important role in the spread and preservation of Kyokushin Karate. Under the leadership of Saiko Shihan Roel Wildeboer and the commitment of its members, including Senpai Son, the dojo promotes the values and techniques of Kyokushin Karate, with the focus on respect, cooperation, and the passing on of its rich heritage.
