Lassen Sie uns an diesem Tag seine bemerkenswerten Meilensteine würdigen und die Bedeutung des Kyokushin Karate für junge und ältere Menschen beleuchten.

Sosai Mas Oyama - A brief introduction:

His unwavering dedication and tireless spirit made him an outstanding figure in the history of martial arts. He passed away on 23.04.1994, but his legacy lives on.

  • Sosai Mas Oyama began his Karate journey at the tender age of 12 and developed into an intrepid fighter who never gave up.
  • He spent years in the mountains to intensify his training and understand the true meaning of discipline and perseverance.
  • The founding of Kyokushin Karate in 1953 marked a milestone in the world of martial arts and set new standards for physical and mental strength.
  • Sosai Mas Oyama travelled far and wide to spread Kyokushin Karate and to foster the development of many great masters who continue his legacy.

Kyokushin Karate for young people:

Kyokushin Karate offers young people a wealth of benefits. It promotes discipline, self-control, and self-confidence, whilst teaching respect for others and oneself. The intensive physical activity promotes health and the building of stamina. The training offers young people a meaningful leisure activity and a positive direction for their energy.

Kyokushin Karate for older people:

Kyokushin Karate is not only accessible to young people, but also offers added value to older people. It helps maintain physical fitness, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Furthermore, it strengthens the mind and promotes mental clarity. The sense of community in the Dojo offers older people social interaction and a meaningful connection to like-minded individuals.

Long-term significance of Kyokushin Karate:

Training in Kyokushin Karate goes beyond physical strength. It teaches us to overcome obstacles, break boundaries, and hold our own in difficult situations. The values that Sosai Mas Oyama instilled in this martial art teach us perseverance, respect, and honesty. This legacy is carried on by the students and Sempai of the Shinzen Dojo Berlin, who have completed special training today in honour of the great master.

Finally, on this memorable day, we would like to remember how Sosai Mas Oyama has inspired us through Kyokushin Karate. His legacy will live on as we build our physical and mental strength and grow together as a community. May Kyokushin Karate continue to offer added value to many people in the coming years and accompany them on their path, just as it has for generations before.
