Deepening Kyokushin Karate: Intensive special training with Shihan Roel Wildeboer

The training, which focused on the Kihon and Kata of Kyokushin Karate, offered participants a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding and skills in this venerable martial art.

Among the participants were high-ranking Shihans, Senseis, and Sempais from across Europe, including Sempai Son Le and Sempai Marco Krüper, as well as the dedicated student Andy Ostermann.

The atmosphere in the sports hall was marked by enthusiasm and dedication as Shihan Roel shared his rich expertise with those present.

During the intensive two-hour training, Shihan Roel placed special focus on the Kihon and Kata of Kyokushin Karate. The Kihon, the fundamental techniques and movement sequences, formed the basis of this training. Shihan Roel guided the participants through precise sequences, providing deep insights into the subtle execution of every step and technique. This laid the foundation for understanding the complex connections that make Kyokushin Karate so unique.

A highlight of the training was undoubtedly the detailed explanation of the Bunkai, the practical application of the higher Katas. Shihan Roel revealed the hidden meanings behind the movements and offered participants a clear perspective on the tactical significance of each sequence. This insight into the Bunkai not only provided a deeper understanding of the techniques but also helped participants to refine and expand their own skills.

The special training with Shihan Roel Wildeboer was undoubtedly a milestone for all participants striving to take their Kyokushin Karate to a higher level.

The opportunity to learn from such an experienced and respected master provided an unparalleled experience that went far beyond an ordinary training session.

The event in Pernis, the headquarters of the European federation, once again underlined the importance of continuous learning and deepening knowledge in Kyokushin Karate.

The presence of Shihan Roel Wildeboer and the dedication of the participants created an atmosphere of knowledge exchange and inspiration that reflected the true essence of this venerable martial art.

For all who are passionate about Kyokushin Karate, the special training with Shihan Roel Wildeboer marked a turning point that opened the doors to a deeper understanding and expanded mastery of this remarkable martial art. The experience will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on the participants and accompany them on their journey of lifelong learning.
