The Shinzen Dojo starts new messenger service on WhatsApp

Dear members and friends of the Shinzen Dojo,

We are pleased to announce an exciting expansion of our communication platforms: The Shinzen Dojo is now active with its own channel on WhatsApp! This initiative reflects our commitment to continuously address the needs of our community and to expand our communication and interaction to offer you timely and valuable information.

What does our WhatsApp channel offer?

  1. Instant updates and urgent news: Just like our regular Dojo notifications, we want to keep you updated when it comes to important news. Whether changes to the schedule, special events, or important Dojo announcements – you will find out first on our WhatsApp channel.
  2. Exclusive content and behind-the-scenes insights: We understand that the journey in martial arts goes far beyond regular training. Our channel will offer special content such as detailed background information on various martial arts techniques, exclusive interviews with masters, and glimpses behind the scenes of Dojo life.
  3. Interactivity and community engagement: Although the WhatsApp channel currently functions more like a blog or newsletter, where only account holders can publish messages, you have the opportunity to react to posts with emojis and share the information directly via WhatsApp. This promotes the sense of community and shared commitment.

How can you participate?

To join our WhatsApp channel, simply search for Shinzen Dojo in the WhatsApp app under the “Updates” tab or follow the direct link that we provide on our website and on social media. Messages on the channel will be deleted after 30 days to ensure the topicality of the content.

In the words of our Dojo head, Senpai Son:

“Through the introduction of our WhatsApp channel, we want to build another bridge between the Shinzen Dojo and our members. It is about going to where our members spend their time, and providing them with the latest information from our community just as reliably as they are used to from our other platforms.”

We are enthusiastic about the possibilities that this new channel opens up, and look forward to sharing our passion for martial arts with you on this interactive platform. Join us, stay connected, and let us strengthen our martial arts community together!

OSU and sincerely,

Shinzen Dojo Berlin

After regular fight time and extra time, he lost by Waza-ari, but showed fighting spirit and got back up after a hard head strike. A first competition, an important experience – and definitely not the last.
