Training weekend in Bremen: The Shinzen Dojo recharges its energy for the upcoming grading

The Shinzen Dojo was a guest in Bremen at Dojo Nakahata. Thanks to the long-standing friendship with his old karate teacher Shihan Yoshihiko Nakahata the students of the Shinzen Dojo were able to attend one of the regular training weekends of the Daisho Ryu karate style besuchen.

There was a wealth of new insights regarding karate techniques in katas as well as basic forms (Kihon). Shihan Nakahata ensured in a very motivating way that every student from the Shinzen Dojo was able to adapt to the new teaching content. Even though Daisho Ryu Karate is not Kyokushin Karate Kyokushin Karate, we trained karate together.

Many thanks once again for the hospitality to Shihan Nakahata, his students and Dojo Nakahata.
